Disappointed with Service and Packaging
I recently ordered kids’ clothing from this store and was thoroughly disappointed. The items arrived late, and the packaging was flimsy—barely protective for delicate fabrics. One outfit was wrinkled and looked like it had been stuffed carelessly into the box.
Customer service was equally frustrating. I reached out for help and got vague responses with no resolution. For a brand that claims to care about quality and children’s comfort, this experience was far from acceptable.
I won’t be shopping here again unless they seriously improve their packaging standards and customer support.
