Shipping

Products are shipped within 2-3 weeks.

All orders are made to order and not returnable.

Shipping charges will be included at the time of checkout.

Returns

The return or exchange of a product is applicable under the following circumstance.

You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for.

The product is damaged or in case of a manufacturing defect.

Money will not be refunded for the returned product. We will provide a credit note.

If eligible for a return we need to be notified 48 hours from the time of delivery. Products purchased on sale/discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

Alterations

A garment can only be altered depending on the physical limitation of a garment. The company holds the right to deny any alteration if there are restrictions on the allowance.

Alterations will be free of cost for 30 days of placing the order, post which there will be charges that will be levied in the same.

Products purchased on the sale/ discount cannot be altered.

For any return or alteration process please contact us on pandscokolkata@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the garment.

Refunds

We will issue a refund only if the product goes through a quality check from our end The items that are returned needs to be intact and shouldn’t be worn/altered or washed. We have the right to refuse if the above is not complied with.
Refund will be done within 15-30 days. Products purchased on sale will not be subject to a refund.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled until the above conditions hold good. However P & S Co. has the right to cancel an order at any give point, in which case a refund will be issued to the customer.
The refund will reflect in your bank account in a certain number of days depending on the geographical location.
Products bought under promotions or sale is not subject to cancelation.
