Picking the right teenagers for your child comes down to three things - age-appropriate sizing, the occasion, and the cut. At P&S Company, every teenagers is handcrafted to order, which means we can tailor the fit precisely to your child's measurements rather than relying on generic size charts.
Sizing
We make teenagers in age buckets from 0–2 years through to 17–19 years. For children between two standard sizes, we recommend sizing up and using our complimentary custom-measurement form on the product page — share your child's height, chest, waist and length, and we adjust the pattern at no extra cost.
Occasion
Teenagers for weddings call for richer fabrics (silk, brocade, banarasi) with structured cuts that hold their shape across long ceremonies. For festivals like Diwali, Janmashtami or Raksha Bandhan, lighter fabrics (chanderi, mulmul, georgette) and movement-friendly silhouettes work better. Family functions sit between the two — refer to each product's "occasion" tag for our specific recommendation.
Fit
Our standard cut is a loose-comfort silhouette — structured enough to photograph well, soft enough for your child to play, eat and sit through long events without complaint. Customisation requests (sleeve length, garment length, dupatta length) can be added free of charge during checkout.
Craftsmanship And Material
Every teenagers at P&S Company is handcrafted to order in our Kolkata atelier. We don't hold inventory of finished pieces — cutting begins after you place the order, which is why we ship in approximately two weeks (or five days for the Ready-to-Ship edit).
Fabric
Depending on the design, we work primarily with banarasi silk, chanderi, brocade, georgette, mulmul, organza and tissue silk, sourced from heritage weaving clusters across Varanasi, Chanderi and Bhagalpur. Every fabric is hand-inspected before cutting; we reject roughly 8–12% of incoming bolts for slubs, weave irregularities or colour drift.
Embellishment
Our embroidery techniques include gota lace, pearl work, sequins, mirror work, zardozi and chikankari — all done by hand by karigars who have worked with us for three years or more. Heavy work pieces take an extra 4–6 days; the timeline is shown on the product page.
Skin-Safe
Every teenagers is finished with a soft inner lining (cotton or mulmul) so the embroidery never touches your child's skin directly. We test our dyes for AZO-free compliance and avoid harsh chemical softeners — particularly important for the 0–6 age range.
Quality Check
Each piece passes through a three-stage quality check before dispatch: post-stitch, post-embellishment, and a final fit-and-finish review. Anything that doesn't meet our bar is re-worked, never down-graded.

Can I customise my teenagers?
Yes — sleeve length, garment length and dupatta length adjustments are included at no extra cost. Fabric or palette changes require a separate quote; please reach out via WhatsApp at +91 9831031703. We're unable to swap embellishment styles on existing designs.

What is your return policy?
Because each teenagers is handcrafted to your child's measurements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on customised pieces. Ready-to-Ship items can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery, subject to the garment being unworn and in original packaging.

P&S Company is a Kolkata-based premium kidswear label specialising in handcrafted ethnic wear for children. Our teenagers collection brings together heritage craft — banarasi weaves, gota lace, hand-finished embroidery — with cuts designed for how children actually move, eat and play through long celebrations.
Every piece in this edit is made to order in our atelier, which means we never down-grade fabric quality or shortcut finishing to meet inventory targets. The trade-off is a two-week lead time; the upside is a piece that holds its shape, colour and embellishment through years of family functions.
This edit currently features 163 teenagers. We refresh the curation every 7–10 days based on order patterns and seasonal demand.
