Refund Policy

Shipping

Products are normally shipped within 2-3 weeks.

All orders are custom made and not returnable.

Shipping cost and prices will be calculated at check out.

Returns

Your product is eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:

You have received an incorrect product.

The product has any damage or manufacturing defect.

 

If eligible, you will have to notify us about returns within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged.

Alterations

Any customised products cannot be exchanged or returned in any situation.  Alterations will be possible depending on the allowance and limitations of the garment.

Alterations are free of cost only for 30 days from the date of purchase of the garment. After 30 days all alterations will be chargeable depending on the nature of the alteration or change.

Purchased garments can not be returned or exchanged. They can only be altered depending on the (physical) limitations of the product at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration/restoration.

If the garment does not have the allowance enough for alterations or if there are any other restrictions related to restoration or alteration, the company holds the right to deny the request of alteration or restoration.

Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged. Alterations on sale garments are at a charge.

Refunds

In case if the customer is eligible for a refund we will issue a refund only once the received product has undergone our quality check.
Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact.

We have the right to refuse if the above is not complied with. Refund will be done within 15-30 days. Products purchased on sale will not be subjected to any refund.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, it cannot be cancelled.

However P & S Co. has the right to cancel an order at any give point, in which case a refund will be issued to the customer.
The refund will reflect in your bank account in a certain number of days depending on the geographical location.
Products purchased under promotions or sale or bought using any coupon code is not subjected to cancellation.
