Depending on the design, we work primarily with banarasi silk, chanderi, brocade, georgette, mulmul, organza and tissue silk, sourced from heritage weaving clusters across Varanasi, Chanderi and Bhagalpur. Every fabric is hand-inspected before cutting; we reject roughly 8–12% of incoming bolts for slubs, weave irregularities or colour drift.

Embellishment

Our embroidery techniques include gota lace, pearl work, sequins, mirror work, zardozi and chikankari — all done by hand by karigars who have worked with us for three years or more. Heavy work pieces take an extra 4–6 days; the timeline is shown on the product page.

Skin-Safe

Every dress your little gentleman in style is finished with a soft inner lining (cotton or mulmul) so the embroidery never touches your child's skin directly. We test our dyes for AZO-free compliance and avoid harsh chemical softeners — particularly important for the 0–6 age range.
